⭐ 1/5 – Extremely Disappointing Experience I approached FBC because I was going through an incredibly difficult situation involving my daughter and genuinely hoped they would provide professional help and support. Unfortunately, my experience was the complete opposite. I was charged what I felt was an excessive amount of money, and when my circumstances changed and I lost my job, I found their attitude towards me became unpleasant and unsympathetic. When someone is dealing with a family matter involving their child, they are already under enormous pressure. I expected understanding, clear communication and professional support, particularly after paying significant fees. Instead, I was left extremely disappointed with how I felt I was treated. Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend FBC. I strongly advise anyone considering using their services to carefully understand the fees, what work will actually be carried out and what support you will receive before agreeing to anything. I have kept the correspondence and records relating to my experience and am prepared to raise my concerns through the appropriate complaint channels. A very disappointing experience at a time when I needed professional support the most.
I’ve had a really positive experience with FBCMB. They were consistently supportive, understanding, and genuinely caring throughout a stressful period in my life. Their communication was calm, clear, and reassuring, and I always felt they were looking out for me. I’d happily recommend them to anyone who needs a compassionate and reliable solicitor.

I’ve been using Jordans for my no fault divorce. Everything was fine, until FBC Manby Bowdler took over. Ever since then, the whole process is just being dragged out. Communication with my solicitor had been excellent before, now it’s pretty poor. I’m not blaming my solicitor, I blame those higher up. My husband is also using them (dealing with Michael Jordan), for the purchase of a flat. Everything is so close to completion yet Jordans are holding things up. The whole situation is really getting us both down. I am planning to use a solicitor in future for various reasons, but I will not be using Jordans, which is a shame as they are a local well established company.

I suffered injury in a stadium contacted a number of Legal Firms, but they were the ones that were prepared to help, where others declined.
I appreciated the personal service rather than being sent to a call centre for enquiries. Sharon James and Cori Whittall supported me fully at a difficult time when I needed to sell my mom's property following her death. They helped me navigate the sales process to complete all the necessary paperwork and I was always able to speak to either one if I had any queries. FBC Manby Bowdler, who landed both the sale and purchase, they were friendly, helpful, and always went the extra mile to make the whole process as smooth and stress free as possible. Communication was excellent throughout and we always felt supported and kept informed. we Couldn't recommend them highly enough.
