My family member and I had a 45 minute consultation with Natalie, and I genuinely cannot praise her highly enough. She was incredibly professional, knowleldgeable and reassuring, while also being very human and compassionate. Natalie took the time to probperly understand what my family menber was going through rather than simply treating it as another case. She gave us incredible advice, reassurance and, most importantly, honesty about the situation. That combination of professionalism, empathy and straight talking was exactly what we needed. Natalie also had a trainee with her during the consultation. The best advice I could give that trainee is to soak up every bit of knowledge and every skill set Natalie has, because she was phenomenal. Watching the way she communicated, listened, explained things and supported my family member was genuinely impressive. It was clear that she has a wealth of experience and knows exactly how to handle difficult situations with both professionalism and compassion. From our experience, if you are looking for the best employment firm to have in your corner, these are the people I would recommend. And after meeting Natalie, I can confidently say she is the person I would go to for that support. She made what was already a difficult situation feel much more manageable. Absolutely outstanding service from Natalie and the team. Highly recommended.

Had conveyancing practice deal with the purchase of a new home for me 4 years ago, & I’m still being told by lenders that part of the property doesn’t belong to me!!

My wife and I were recommended Ms Stainton a few years back when we were buying our first property together. Sally Stainton was excellent then and really went through every detail with a fine toothed comb. She put up with weeks of back and forth with some difficult conveyancing service, on the other side, that would not provide the answers to questions raised during the process. Sally kept her cool and did not let up until all questions were answered and we were satisfied with the answers. When it came to buying another property, I did not hesitate to call Sally again. This time Ms Stainton had moved to a new firm Barcan+Kirby. I was not aware of any previous reputation of Barcan+Kirby but would always put my trust in Ms Stainton, no matter where she worked. I had the pleasure of not just Sally handling the purchase this time. The Barcan+Kirby team of Ms Stainton, Ms Artess, Ms Gough and not forgetting Ms Mann all worked diligently on the new house purchase. All my silly questions and worries were addressed in a timely manner. I never felt rushed or pressured in any aspect by the Barcan+Kirby team. Even though the house price was not very expensive the Barcan+Kirby team made me feel like a valued client. I would thoroughly recommend the Barcan+Kirby team and if they hired Ms Stainton, it must be a quality firm.
