Excellent service from Chris Dewey. He replied the same day I got in touch, offered a call the next afternoon, and explained everything clearly and in plain English without rushing. He settled my concerns about the agreement I was being asked to sign, and he was open and straightforward about fees. I would not hesitate to use the firm again, and I’d recommend them.

Well where do I start and what can I say! Apart from thank you so much you’re the best! Charlie originally helped us last year when my son bought his first flat and it was totally seamless, it was just a case of we sat there, with out feet up and let her do the legal bits and bobs (probably more than we realise), totally painless and no issues at all! Based on this we used her again this year when we sold a bungalow and yet again, just left her to it! with no problems whatsoever! so professional but down to earth, someone who you know you can instantly put your trust in and relate to, made both the buying and selling really uncompleted! In the future I would not hesitate to use the lovely Charlie again and all I can finish with is, thank you so much poppet!

Charlie recently handled the conveyancing for my house move and I genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better service. Charlie was fantastic throughout the whole process – professional, efficient, incredibly responsive and always happy to explain what was happening or chase things when needed. Anyone who has moved house knows how stressful the process can become, but having someone so proactive and dependable looking after the legal side made a huge difference. I found the assistance I had when purchasing my property, second to none. Jackie was very patient with my endless emails asking for updates as what we thought was going to be a quick conveyancing job turned into several months (not due to anything this end). Always professional but relatable. I would 100% use WGA again if I need any legal matters to be dealt with.

I have used Ward, Gethin, Archer previously when selling a commercial property, and asked Chat GPT if they were a good company to use for selling and buying a house. The recommendation was absolutely yes, but in particular Cerys Adcock. Hence why I asked Cerys if she was happy to act for me in the sale of my property and purchase of a new one. I can honestly say the service Cerys provided was outstanding. She was extremely efficient, knowledgeable, empathetic, informative, approachable and responsive to any queries. I have been so impressed with the way in which my house sale and purchase was dealt with that I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Cerys to anyone in the future. My house sale/purchase went through very quickly, and I have no doubt this was in part due to the exemplary service provided by Cerys.
