I honestly cannot thank Diane and Alexandra enough for the support they have given me during an incredibly difficult and stressful time. Financial proceedings are overwhelming at the best of times, but throughout the process they have treated me with kindness, patience and understanding, while always remaining professional and honest with me. What has stood out most is that I have never felt like I was simply another case to them. They have genuinely gone above and beyond to help me, particularly in the lead-up to my final hearing. There were times when I was extremely worried and overwhelmed, and their help made a situation that felt impossible much more manageable. My daughter was illegally detained in UAE June 2025. After not hearing off her father or her for 2 months I contacted MSB who immediately directed me to Katie. September to present we have been back and too the high court. Many twists and turns and ups and down. But honestly hand on heart I would not have been able to even have FaceTime contact without Katie putting all her time, effort and professionalism into helping me every step of the way. There’s a few details to iron out before my case ends. But working with Katie and having her represent me has made a heartbreaking situation I found myself and my 4 year old in turn into a positive one which will continue to have a positive impact on my life but most importantly a positive impact on my daughters life. Rachel and the team she worked with supported me, listened to me and guided me! After a very long family case, Rachel and the team were always an email or phone call away and everything was clearly explained. Rachel really gets to know her clients and understands their concerns and goals and guides in the appropriate manner! She really was amazing as were all the staff within the company that I dealt with. Whereas I hope I do not have to make contact again- if I do I would make no hesitation in contacting them again. Great at first however it slowly went down hill, I was told I had nothing to worry about yet the final hearing I was ignored. Then when I asked to appeal I was told no unless I appealed it myself or asked to vary the order which then my case was closed without my consent.
