    I was advised to make a will as I am in a challenging situation. I am glad I had the help of Laurel as I really had no idea where to start or indeed what to do!!     Gamlins Law Conveyancing on late mum's property at 111 Crud y Castell Denbigh LL16 4 BE xxxxxxxxxxxx

    Gamlins had acted for my sister and I previously when they dealt with probate when our mum passed away. Subsequently the property went on the market and Gamlins dealt with the conveyancing. The service was effective and efficient. We were kept up todate at all times. It was also easy to speak to a member of the team.

      Managed a potentially difficult conveyancing case very well

      There were a few complications amongst the three joint vendors of the property yet Samantha Mueller, Emma Kem, Chelsea Rushton, Angela Jones and the rest of the team managed the process very well. I only met Samantha in person once and she was very professional and courteous and was able to answer any questions I had.
