I can’t thank Caroline and the team at Slee Blackwell enough. They could have easily turned me away, but they didn’t, instead they worked ferociously for five years on my case, booking appointments for me in London gathering expert opinions, having face to face and online meetings with me, keeping me up to date, and also explaining things clearly whenever I didn’t understand (which was often!). Slee Blackwell provided all necessary conveyancing and legal services and advice to enable the title transfer for a Potentially Exempt Transfer (PET) of a property involving three parties in three different locations. All transactions were conducted online promptly and efficiently. Communications were excellent throughout the process which was completed in just over two weeks.

Following a traumatic attack on my dog, Fudge, I contacted Slee Blackwell Solicitors for advice. Most of our communication was carried out by email, which worked very well as I had built up a significant amount of documentation and evidence relating to the incident. The team took the time to review the information I provided, including detailed records, correspondence and supporting evidence. They responded promptly, explained the legal position clearly and provided practical, straightforward advice throughout. Made an appointment with Erin at this firm, when I called to confirm on the day, I was told they had been contacted by another person who had cancelled my appointment! I was never contacted to query or check the circumstances and had my time wasted in that day. More importantly I was shocked that they wouldn’t contact me to explain their decision. When I asked for an explanation I was told I would receive a call back, but no one ever did. I cannot consider any company who treats a client in this way as professional. I would avoid if possible.
We had our conveyancing done with Slee Blackwell. They were superb, very helpful, quick to answer any questions. I was very impressed and will use for all my future legal work. Naomi Redman and Abigail Colegate are exemplary and a credit to the company. *****
