Darren and Poppy were both excellent throughout and I couldn’t have asked for better support. They both took the time to understand my situation, listened to what I wanted to achieve and gave excellent advice, making sure the letters reflected exactly what I wanted to say. Their communication was outstanding; I was kept fully updated, received draft letters and anything I needed very quickly, and my questions and queries were always answered promptly.
