Restored My Faith in Lawyers!
Having had to deal with solicitors a lot over the last few years following the decline & death of both my parents, I cannot praise Matt and Tozers Solicitors highly enough. Having used a different solicitor for my mother's estate a few years ago we were left infuriated by their lack of response, tardiness, mistakes and general 'couldn't care less' attitude. Matt at Tozers has been the absolute polar opposite of this and completely restored my faith in solicitors! Matt has been very communicative with every stage of the process in dealing with my father's estate. We received regular emails and updates. He chased things when they weren't forthcoming without any prompting (something I had to to myself with previous solicitors) and he showed real care for his clients. He was friendly and personable and just a real pleasure to have on board. I have absoluetly no hesitation in highly recommending him and will definitely be using him again in the future. Matt along with the conveyancing team at Tozers had the work done on the sale of my parent's property and the estate being completely wound up and finalised in just 7 months from the time of my father's death. Matt also managed to have Probate granted in just 4 days, which must be some kind of record! I can't say that would be the case for every estate I'm sure, but for us he was fantastic!
