Jack and his team were excellent. The vendors solicitors were a nightmare - didn’t respond to questions and didn’t understand the complexities of selling a house in Sovereign Harbour. They dragged things out 2 months longer than needed. Even on completion day Jack couldn’t get an answer from them!! But all the team persevered and eventually got this over the line. Without them I would have walked away from this purchase long ago. Can’t praise the team enough - they kept things moving and helped to keep me sane.

Our purchase and sale were handled very professionally . The office in the centre of Eastbourne is very convenient and I was able to collect correspondence rather than risk delays with Royal Mail. I would certainly use them again.

Anna was very good at replying to my needs very quickly, all her staff i dealt with very understanding helpful and pleasant, when the crunch came after sadly it took a long waiting time, but I then explained to Ann the important of completing before mid sept due to my travels to America, anna pulled it out the bag as to speak and made it happen! She was very polite and acted promptly.

We were first time buyers looking for conveyancing services in our purchase. Our initial enquiry was responded to quickly amd courteously. Once we engaged formally we had an excellent service. Rebecca was our first point of contact, and she responded quickly and patiently to all our queries. We experienced some troublesome situations transactionlly via other parties, but Rebecca and her team were available to us all the time, and when we had to speak it was courteous professional and fact based.
