Have used the firm for a number of years on both commercial leases, residential sales and S.21/S.8 notices. In general the service has been great. Particularly with the commercial leases and sales where the communication has been prompt and the process seamless. With regards to S.21/S.8 notices there are sometimes delays in getting responses/action. This can be frustrating where we are keen to act quickly to avoid tenant arrears. Overall Stephen Rimmer LLP provides a very professional, friendly service.

We couldn’t be happier with the service we received from Emily and her team (Phoebe). She helped us with both the sale of our plot and our remortgage, and throughout the whole process she was incredibly helpful, professional and easy to communicate with. There were a few complications along the way, particularly with our previous lender, Vida, but Emily went above and beyond to communicate with everyone involved, deal with the issues and ultimately help us get out of a very difficult situation. Her persistence, attention to detail and willingness to keep pushing things forward made a huge difference. Buying, selling and remortgaging can be stressful, but having someone like Emily on your side makes the whole experience so much easier. We always felt that she genuinely cared about getting the best outcome for us and that she was willing to put in the extra effort when it was needed. A massive thank you to Emily for all her hard work and for getting everything over the line. We would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending her and would definitely use her again in the future.

I I would like to say a huge thank you to Rebecca and the whole team at Stephen Rimmer. I had been recommended them by family and friends and I am pleased to say they were superb.
