I found myself in a difficult situation not of my making, and Louis was extremely reassuring and knowledgeable. He was diplomatic but authoritative with the police and got what I was going through immediately, helping me to resolve the issue to my satisfaction.

We was recommended Steven Rimmer solicitors by a family member when my partner was involved in a serious crime back in January 2024. Louis has been great from start to end, always got back to me within a day of making contact, made us aware of updates/changes as soon as he knew, turned up to every single bail meeting and was very professional and knowledgeable when being interviewed, which we believe is one of the contributing reasons for the case being dropped. We would highly recommend and will use again if we ever needed.

BEWARE. This solicter. Practice is the worst in the country,, my first soliciter john cahill,told me on my first hearing,that my case should not be in court. , the second soliciter NEOL MCGUINESS. Was even more , useless. I said I wanted case review sent to the judge, she didn't. Act , or do anything. ,do not use this practice. ,im taking them. To the soliciter. Relegation authority. 3 days calling to ask for advice and representation. Promised calls back that never materialised. Call them again and again, all running around some Louis guy not having a clue what's going on unless he's there to tell them what to do. Very slow, extremely disorganised and painful to deal with. Avoid.
Dear Jack, we did speak to you for half an hour and as agreed with you were awaiting a payment from you before we could take the matter any further. As you now seem dissatisfied with the service our Crime Team have provided so far we will close our file.

Noel and his team were as efficient as usual, dealing with the sale of my Mother's house using my Lasting Power of Attorney. From an offer being accepted for the house from cash buyers, to completion of the sale, took 8 weeks and 2 days, and that was partly because we needed time to clear the house between exchange & completion, or it could have been quicker!! I am not local to Eastbourne but the majority of the communication is via email so it's not a problem. Noel also dealt with the sale of my own property last year, so yes I can certainly recommend him.
