Our purchase was not straightforward, buying a repossession of a shared ownership property where the lender had to staircase to 100% we were dealing with a repossession company, and a housing association who did not seem to care about timescales and completion dates. After the 2nd completion date was about to be cancelled yet again by the other side, Roy managed to get the completion finalised despite them trying to delay again. We are truly grateful for all of the work he and his team put in as we know that this was equally as frustrating for him as it has been for us. We hope not to have to move for a while but if and when we do, we would definitely use him again and would highly recommend him as he was worth every penny.

Jade was excellent, she explained to me in detail the whole procedure and what my rights were in that context. Very professional. Made me feel confident and provided me with the right legal advise.
