Had no choice but to terminate the instruction due to the number of errors made for what was a standard application. I've since used a different solicitor who have managed to get things done with no issues.
We always try to give the best service possible and it is disappointing to learn when our levels of services fall short. The Solicitor in question has now left the firm.

BEWARE. This solicter. Practice is the worst in the country,, my first soliciter john cahill,told me on my first hearing,that my case should not be in court. , the second soliciter NEOL MCGUINESS. Was even more , useless. I said I wanted case review sent to the judge, she didn't. Act , or do anything. ,do not use this practice. ,im taking them. To the soliciter. Relegation authority. She made the whole process painless and kept us up to date the whole way through. She didn't add costs where they weren't needed, and she found solutions to hurdles that needed to be crossed.
