Wasn’t looking forward to making wills ! Not because we are uncomfortable about facing our mortality , but because of bad experiences with solicitors in the past ! How refreshing to meet a down to earth guy who explained every aspect of the process succinctly and in understandable language! How lucky we were to be given Adrian as our solicitor! I reached out for support on my dad's will as his had become outdated following the passing of my mum 15 years ago. My dad struggles with documents, processes and had financial concerns. Rebekka provided care and attention throughout this process and helped guide my dad through, providing clear advice and options that he could understand. She made the whole process incredibly easy and straightforward and done so with courtesy, patience and a smile (which may seem insignificant to some, but to my dad this gave him a sense of comfort in what otherwise would have been a stressful situation). I recently used this company for a probate case, it has taken 4 years to complete, very difficult to get response to queries and received very poor service
We always try to give the best service possible and it is disappointing to learn when our levels of services fall short. We are now in contact and looking to resolve these issues.

Jack and his team were excellent. The vendors solicitors were a nightmare - didn’t respond to questions and didn’t understand the complexities of selling a house in Sovereign Harbour. They dragged things out 2 months longer than needed. Even on completion day Jack couldn’t get an answer from them!! But all the team persevered and eventually got this over the line. Without them I would have walked away from this purchase long ago. Can’t praise the team enough - they kept things moving and helped to keep me sane.

Rebecca - my solicitor and Abigail - her assistant, have been very good with my purchase and sale transactions. However, unfortunately I've just encountered the worst customer service I've ever received from any business from the switchboard (Beth and Ann). Very rude and unprofessional. They have left me very upset after the calls. Leta took my call after this and gave me the information I needed/offered to help which I appreciate. However, I will never use this business again after the calls this morning and will actively be sharing my experience for people not to as well.
