I honestly cannot recommend Mona and the team at Gepp highly enough. Moving house is stressful at the best of times but our sale and purchase became incredibly complicated and, at times, felt like it was never going to happen. Throughout all of it, Mona was absolutely outstanding. The level of service we received was genuinely incredible. She was responsive, proactive, reassuring and completely on top of everything, even when things were moving at an impossibly slow pace elsewhere in the chain. We always felt that she was fighting our corner and doing everything she possibly could to get us over the line. What really stood out was that we never felt like just another file on a desk. Mona genuinely cared about getting us moved, understood how stressful the situation was for our family and went above and beyond throughout. There were so many moments where we honestly wondered whether the move was going to happen at all, and I genuinely don’t think we could have got through it without Mona and Gepp. If you’re looking for a solicitor for a house move, I would recommend Mona without hesitation.
