I was introduced to Maria in January 2024 to support with services to perform legal due diligence for land I wanted to purchase from auctions. Maria has written 3 due diligence reports for me in this time where she reviews the title, TR1s and other related documents. She clearly explains the findings and any potential red flags in a comprehensive, easy to understand, concise report. Her reports are delivered in a timely manner which allows me to make an informed decision prior to making an offer. 2 reports saved me from making a purchase that likely wouldn't have been advantageous for me. The report which led me to making an offer, Maria then did all the legal work for the completion of the sale. Great person to work with, she is very responsive, answers all questions and concerns. I will definitely use her in the future.

A rather frustrating experience. A seemingly disorganised and unstructured approach, in the end I had to get a family member to project manage the case as I was short on time and didn't have the capacity to try and decipher what actions were required throughout the process or dealing with the back and forth emails. A more proactive and assertive approach would have been appreciated. I was a (knowledgeable) first time buyer but can't imagine having gone through this process without understanding and support from family and friends.
We are concerned by the comments and will be contacting Amy directly by email to try to resolve the issues raised and handle matters better in the future.
Excellent: efficient service, clear concise communication, cost effective. Very satisfied clients, for the second time.

While very pricy, we felt like our case was well handled, with timely updates, chasing of the seller's solicitors. acceptable response speed and detailed explanations of key content provided as and when required. We would definitely recommend Aisha as an experienced and dedicated conveyancer.

My mother needed to change her will. She was 90. She had terminal cancer and she wanted it updated. My uncle found Grant Saw and in particular Jeremy Brookes who agreed to help her in this endeavour. From his initial engagement with her (ensuring she wasn't being forced into something she didn't want to do; sound mind), through her passing and onto the execution of her will, Jeremy provided a perfect and professional service while remaining approachable, friendly and supportive. The communication was exactly what we needed, even with him looking ahead for potential problems and smoothing the way forward. Overall the this was worth every penny of the very reasonable fee and I know Mum was very pleased. Grant Saw, and Jeremy, in particular are 100% recommended.
