We used Grant Saw's services to purchase our new home. We worked closely with Emily Pearce who has been an absolute superstar. The whole process was very transparent and she did whatever she could to speed up the process on all fronts (including the council). Her communication was flawless and in general she was a very pleasant and professional solicitor to work with. She set the bar for any future solicitor encounters very high. We dealt with Sarah Hogan regarding the sale of a flat I had inherited as executor for my late mother's flat. At all times Sarah was professional, helpful and quick to highlight any problems we might have had. this was particularly important as we had had an earlier failed sale.
