I instructed Emma Suzuki, from Taylor Rose, on dispute with my employer and she was a pleasure to work with. Emma doesn't just look after the PLCs, she looks after the individual too. She's thorough, diligent, measured in her approach, and reassuring, and dealt with all of my many queries in a timely manner, putting me at ease in difficult circumstances. She was fully transparent on all related costs and went above and beyond in terms of time spent communicating with me as a client (phone calls and emails after hours on a number of occasions). It was a difficult time, but Emma made it that much easier with her reassurance and professional, confident demeanour. I'd happily recommend Emma to anyone needing her help to settle an employment dispute.

There website and welcome pack says a UK driving license is an acceptable form of ID. I upload my bank details, work info, national insurance number, personal private data, my driving license etc and and weeks later I’m only now being told my driving license is TOO NEW and as such I can no longer coninue with them as my ID checks fail! Just letting others know that if you renewed your license in the LAST 6 months it’s not allowed to be used! I have wasted weeks at this firm to only just found out. They provide no reason as to why this is not in their welcome pack or website.

Amazing service in a difficult time, Andrew was extremely helpful and reasuring. He made a difficult process less painful. I would highly recommend Andrew and Taylor Rose

Luke Hutchings helped make things logical, and his polite, factual communication made the whole process far easier to navigate and helped bring everything to a successful conclusion. Having someone grounded to bounce things off, step in when needed, and take the pressure off was invaluable. Luke remained calm, professional, and steady throughout, even when the situation felt like a rollercoaster at times. I came across Taylor Rose when helping a friend to find a solicitor to assist with an employment grievance procedure - Andrew Crossley at TR was one of the very few people who called me back and the only solicitor who took the time to properly understand the issue over the phone, before offering to meet my friend. She was caught in a very stressful grievance with her employer, regarding discrimination under the H&S At Work Act and the Equality Act - she was extremely unwell mentally when Andrew offered to meet with her, but he was kind and reassuring, professional and experienced. We were fortunate to find him, because she needed compassionate, sensible advice and she needed it fast. He very quickly advised on next steps, costs and timeframes, and took the time to explain the law to my friend and I. As soon as he started to represent her, things moved to a negotiation stage - something that she would not have been able to manage on her own. Andrew secured a very good outcome for her, but importantly, he listened to her, he validated her concerns and her grievances and he gave back to her the confidence to stand up for what she believed to be right. I can't thank him enough for being a good person and a great solicitor.
