From the start, Vanessa stuck to her word and over delivered. This is the second time I have work with Vanessa & Taylor Rose and I cannot fault them. The hard work and honesty from the get go gave me full trust in them. Didn’t have to chase things up as I knew Vanessa was doing all she could for us. If I could leave a star of 0 I would! Poor communication, our case was passed to several different workers, information was lost & had to be repeated, lack of clarity, we spent our time chasing-up case workers for updates, constantly excused poor practice under the guise of "complex case". Slow at every opportunity. A painful experience that lasted 16 weeks! My advice...... look elsewhere!
