    Complex Commercial Dispute

    I've been working with MSB Solicitors since April 2024 on a complex commercial dispute that has finally concluded this week. Throughout this lengthy and often stressful process, Thomas and Mark at MSB have been absolutely exceptional. What impressed me most was their ability to keep me grounded. There were many times when I wanted to react emotionally to developments in the case, but they consistently pulled me back into line and kept everything professional. They never let frustration or emotion derail the strategy - they just got on with the job professionally and meticulously. MSB never gave up, even when things looked difficult. They believed in the case and pursued it with determination. Every piece of work was carried out perfectly - from correspondence to court documents to preparing for hearings. Their attention to detail and thoroughness was remarkable. One of the most rewarding moments for me was seeing how genuinely happy Thomas was when we won. It meant a lot to me to see that this wasn't just another case file - he was personally invested in achieving the right result. That level of care and commitment is rare. If you need solicitors who combine technical excellence with genuine personal commitment, who will keep you on track when emotions run high, and who will fight your corner with absolute professionalism, I cannot recommend MSB highly enough.     We completed a sale & purchase from MSB Solicitors. It took a minute to get onboarded which had me initially worried but once we got over that it was smooth sailing. The app was easy to use to submit everything we needed. I want to shout out Antonis in particular, he was very proactive in keeping us updated and liaising with the other sides mountain of enquiries. Meaning we were kept informed but not troubled, any legal issues were explained clearly and thoughtfully with our options presented to us. I’ve used MSB for a sale 4 years ago and I thought the overall experience provided was so much better this time around. Georgia Kearney also made the payment elements of the property sale & purchase seamless. She was professional and gave simple breakdowns so I knew what I needed to pay and most importantly she was fast to respond to any queries. Thanks Antonis & Georgia you’re diamonds.

    I seriously cant thank this company enough especially Mr.Manu for representing me from start to finish and his amazing definitely couldnt of got through that hard time with out him and his receptionist Marie for keeping me up to date with everything even when she was on annual leave and i emailed she still replied communication was amazing and anything i was unsure about they always had time to explain ot so i could understand i definitely wouldnt of had the same outcome if it wasnt for Mr.Manu thank you again Mr.Manu and Marie your amazing.

    I used these for joint representation for purchasing a commercial building. Communication has been poor and responses from emails can take weeks to reply. Stay well clear of this firm after 4 months of time and money wasted the Morgage offer expired.

      No messing about

      Used MSB when I bought my house and using them 12 years later to sell, best in Liverpool. Pam, Helen and Clare were so sound to work with, everything was done in a timely manner, I felt I could message them if there was anything I didn’t understand and they also dealt with by help to buy redemption.       My daughter was illegally detained in UAE June 2025. After not hearing off her father or her for 2 months I contacted MSB who immediately directed me to Katie. September to present we have been back and too the high court. Many twists and turns and ups and down. But honestly hand on heart I would not have been able to even have FaceTime contact without Katie putting all her time, effort and professionalism into helping me every step of the way. There’s a few details to iron out before my case ends. But working with Katie and having her represent me has made a heartbreaking situation I found myself and my 4 year old in turn into a positive one which will continue to have a positive impact on my life but most importantly a positive impact on my daughters life. No amount of thank you’s is enough. Katie Camozzi, absolute one of a kind. Thank you.

      Msb was conveyancing my property, We just dropped the case as there was no contact with anyone, they were delaying exchange of contract , when called in last week they asked when would you like to exchange as everything is ready 2 weeks later no sign of any decision Except this, the case had around 10peiple involved, and we didn’t know who is who and whines actually dealing with it General opinion Slow, no communication and if there any is very generic, Not recommended to anyone who actually wanna get the deal quick and efficient EKG properties Ltd
