Very poor and unprofessional! They start adding hidden charges for work you don't even ask to be done. Rather like a dodgy builder who builds more but then ask you to pay. I also note, the replies given are rather sarcastic and condescending. Not really a company who want to act for you.

Dreadful. It continues. It only took 3 months for the firm to respond to my original review(below) which I wrote only after 6 months of multiple emails being unanswered, even when it went to a Managing Partner! This is how much they care about clients, cases and acting properly. Honestly there are so many decent firms, really don't waste your time as they really do not care when things go wrong. Disappointingly have had to refer the matter to Action Fraud and SRA for investigation. Original review Awful. Would not touch this firm to do any legal work at all. Abysmal as we are now having to deal with a potential fraudulent situation involving them to which they have not even responded to any of the correspondences sent via our solicitors. Appalling and unprofessional. Photo reflects their service and conveniently located next door for authenticity. Hopeful that our warning helps others to avoid problems

Not transparent. Normally you agree to receive a legal service and you agree on the fee before the work starts. With Churchers you have unpleasant surprises, they charge hidden fees without warning and motivate them for whatever reason. Avoid them.

Nick Eve and Sam Scotter at Churchers Solicitors are the best. Very friendly and efficient. I had a piece of land to sell and they dealt with a difficult, long standing issue with great professionalism. A credit to the company. Would definitely use them again ,if needed.

I couldnāt thank Lucy enough for the help she gave me in court and outside of court. She supported me mentally and physically through the whole trial. She never gave me any false hope she gave me confidence and helped me feel calm about the situation! Anybody who has Lucy in future best believe me your in the best hands possible she is amazing at what she does and I couldnāt thank her enough she really is a life saver. I highly recommend using Lucy is you have any trouble or anything u need assistance with. Thankyou again

Excellent service, so far
I contacted Churchers Solicitors in Cowes to complete & submit LPAās for our elderly mother. Margaret Beacham did this for us during two home visits, which was essential due to limited mobility issues, which would have made travelling to the office very difficult. The whole process was completed soon after the home visits, & we were very pleased with the work that Margaret did for us. Therefore, we would highly recommend Churchers Solicitors.
