    The only matter which was frustrating was the incorrect days needed to pull funds for mortgage which resulted on completion date agreement somewhat.

    A number of years ago we purchased our first house and used a conveyancing solicitor that was a couple of hundred pounds more than other solicitors.The experience was challenging, stressful, and complicated. After the above and buying our second property Boys and Maughan were recommend by a friend. Sophie and the team are exceptional. We have used their services multiple times over the years, and their friendly communication, expert advice, and extensive knowledge are superb. They make the process as simple and stress-free as possible. We would not consider using anyone else.

      Quick and painless sale under power of attorney

      I recently used B&M for a property sale under Power of Attorney. I was very pleased with both the speed of the sale (6 weeks) and the speed of reply from Hannah or her deputies on any issues raised. I wouldn't bother enabling biometric authentication on their app unless you want to provide that AND then still have to enter your password as well!

      We cannot thank our Boys and Maughan Canterbury office enough for the outstanding service we received, and in particular, Gemma has been absolutely amazing.
