    The immediate response from Alex following my cancellation of our first meeting told me all I needed to know about trusting Alex. I rebooked soon after and still can’t believe the level of care & support I received over the next 1.5 yrs. My divorce was deliberately made difficult & lengthy by my now ex spouse. Nothing phased Alex as she navigated me through the whole process, offering options & strategies that only someone with her level of compassion & experience could do. During face to face meetings I found Alex to be friendly, patient and completely committed to finding out my exact wants & needs. Due to Alex’s commitment to communication, I can honestly say that I felt truly supported rather than stressed during the whole divorce process. I needed to ensure I received half of what I had invested into my 30+yr marriage otherwise I wouldn’t be able to survive in the future. This involved securing a sealed financial order which I felt was gained expertly by Alex, on my behalf. I am now happily divorced and currently purchasing my own home. My future is now secure & I will be forever thankful for Alex’s unwavering support and outstanding expertise in ensuring the desired outcome for me.

      My wife and I use Butcher and Barlow for all our estate management. Earlier this year we worked with Chris Hopkins and Ella Woodier on my wife's will and our POAs. The service was excellent. Most recently we worked with Laura Cuddy and Anthony Higham on a transfer of American real estate. The service was top notch, including coordination with our American attorney. I would highly recommend Butcher and Barlow.

      We have used Butcher & Barlow to buy our new house and as first time buyers they have been great at explaining the whole process and also keeping us in the loop. We didnt feel the need to chase for updates as we knew they were working hard to get our house sorted and gave us plenty of updates when we did ask as we were unsure mainly due to the sellers.
