When things went wrong, they said it wasn't their fault...
We used to be loyal customers to JMW as they handled some difficult case for us very well. However in our last case, the experience was really disappointing. We purchased a property in Aug 2020, and found out that our property hasn't been registered with Land Registry when we were doing our remortgage with JMW in June 2021. We told JMW to chase up for us and they didn't react until Jul 2021, this was finally registered in late Sep 2021! We were not happy at all, as we lost lots of time and money while waiting for this issue to be resolved, which should have never happened if JMW did their job properly. So we raised a formal complaint and waited for 8 weeks, JMW finally came back to us saying it wasn't their fault, it's all Land Registry and Covid 19's fault! Will we recommend them? Definitely not!
