Reassuring and professional

From the very first point of contact, I felt totally at ease with Shay Winstanley of Stephensons Solicitors LLP. He was empathetic, caring, had excellent knowledge and I felt in safe hands. He was extremely professional and guided me through the whole process. His correspondence were very clear and I was kept informed every step of the way. Life changing support, cant recommend highly enough!

I would Like to offer my sincere gratitude for the support and legal advise that Victoria gave over the months undergone! her honest approach and compassion was second too non under the circumstances. The good news is that the right outcome occurred, however the time taken will never be able to clawed back including the heartache to our family caused by oppositions, I hope that Local authorities learn from events like these and realise not everyone is guilty! Without Victoria and her professionalism approach things could have been quite different!

I was supported by Megan Taylor through a S21A Challenge process. This resulted in a brilliant outcome, meaning the person we support was able to move to a less restrictive placement. This has allowed the person we support to finally have the independence they have been striving for. Thank you for all your support on this case it has been invaluable. Shocking

Awful. Avoid. They call you 5 times a day when they want money then nothing happens. Worst customer service ever

For Eviction Procedure

Our Solicitor Sophie Chilstone was excellent. Sophie sent reply quickly not only that if we don't response within 24 hours she asked someone in the office to ring us and contact us and confirm whether we received documents or not?
