Sukhy was brilliant throughout the purchase of our new home. Her conveyancing knowledge was excellent, but what really stood out was her responsiveness. Every time I called, she answered the phone, dealt with my query there and then, and kept things moving. There were no voicemail messages, no chasing for updates, and no waiting around for call backs. Buying a property can be stressful, but Sukhy made the whole process feel straightforward and under control. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, knowledgeable and genuinely client-focused conveyancing solicitor.
Absolutely cannot fault the service we’ve received from Lisa Wills at Flint Bishop. We’d unfortunately been left with an outstanding issue following a house purchase, when our original solicitor closed without notice, so had to instruct a new solicitor to deal with this. Lisa was helpful, informative and the communication was excellent, leaving us feeling very confident that she would get things done and as quickly as possible. Would highly recommend and would happily use again in the future.
We’ve just sold our late father’s home through Flint Bishop. Elliot and Ellie handled the entire process professionally, keeping us informed on developments and working quickly and diligently to deal with complications that arose with the property during the sale, leading to completion amazingly quickly in less than 12 weeks!
