Judit Kerese advised me about drawing up a consent order, which reached a satisfactory conclusion. She was efficient, well-informed and very clear and helpful in her advice. I should have walked out the door when the solicitor turned up to my first in-person meeting (which I travelled for) having read none of the documents I'd prepared. He also was wearing a dirty/stained shirt - early in the working day. I should have walked.

Had conveyancing practice deal with the purchase of a new home for me 4 years ago, & I’m still being told by lenders that part of the property doesn’t belong to me!!

We have very recently completed the sale of our late mother’s bungalow via CJ Hole - Kingswood Branch, Barcan+Kirby were amongst a list of recommended Solicitors to consider using received from CJ Hole. We had a really positive experience with Barcan + Kirby for our will writing. All staff are friendly, professional and welcoming, which immediately put us at ease. The whole process felt relaxed and straightforward, without any of the stuffiness or formality you might normally associate with something like writing a will. Everything was explained clearly and in a way that was easy to understand, without plenty of opportunity to ask questions. The staff were knowledgeable and professional, but also approachable and down to earth. Overall, a really comfortable and reassuring experience. We would happily recommend them to anyone looking for a professional Will writing service that makes the whole process feel simple and stress-free.
