Jackie Murfitt dealt with my house sale back in January, which was exemplary so I had no hesitation in utilising her services again for this new house purchase. OUR SITUATION WAS A DIFFICULT ONE IN THE SENSE THAT OUR BUYER CHANGED SOLICITORS IN THE COURSE OF THE PURCHASE WHICH MEANT WE AS SELLERS DID NOT KNOW WHAT WAS GOING ON AND ANNA HALL DID A MAGNIFICENT JOB TRACKING THE CONVEYANCING - NOT EASY BUT SHE DID IT.
