I would like to send my heart felt thanks to all the team at BLJ. 12 months ago I simply googled “the best solicitors in Liverpool”, and BLJ came up. I read the reviews, gave them a call, and by the following week they were representing my son in court. They’ve not let us down since. Every solicitor we’ve had from BLJ has been well prepared, organised and has made us feel totally at ease. Sometimes you just need to feel like someone is on your side, and that’s exactly how the team at BLJ have made us feel. My son has ADHD & ASD, and it shocked me how well the team at BLJ understood him and communicated with him. They take the time to explain everything in detail, in a way that he will understand, whilst building a fantastic rapport with both of us. I’ve spent years being the only voice for my son, but the team at BLJ have become an even stronger & louder voice for him, and for that I am so grateful. I would also like to give special thanks to Darren Jones for defending my son last week too. Again, everything was explained perfectly, and I trusted him implicitly when handling our case and advising us. Thank you to the lovely Samantha too, for her kindness & support beforehand. These journeys can be hard and incredibly lonely and challenging at times. Having professionals on your side who just want the best for you is so important, and that is what BLJ provides. Lack of support (very little to none) asked for guidance from the moment we were onboarding what a shambles this was should’ve listened to advice, (do not use them ) we have all but lost the house we grew up in because of this company I would avoid at all cost , as they say wisdom comes after the mistake

When I was in the Runcorn custody suite and first saw duty solicitor David I immediately felt like someone was on my side. Pre interview, he was amazing and extinguished my anxiety about the whole process. He was clear, concise and professional. Thankfully I was released on bail soon after the interview and a no further action to the offences was given a week later by the police. I recommend this firm and of course David who is semi retired but you cannot put a price on experience. Thank you!
