From start to finish the firm have been amazing. I needed help and time was running out leading up to being in court. I contacted the firm and explained what help I needed and I would be wanting legal aid. This would made really easy to apply for and even when I was having troubles the firm kept me reassured and guided me through each step. As soon as I was granted legal aid i was given clear and easy to understand instructions on what would happen next. My first time in court I was met by Alex who talked me through everything and helped me understand more about my offence and what may happen when entered the court room. He made me feel really at ease on the day. My next date for court I had to get adjourned as my nan passed away and I wanted to attend the funeral. The firm wrote to the court on my behalf and was able to get my date adjourned. Through the whole process julie was always responding if I had any questions and was always help when I was a little unsure of anything or if I needed any questions I was pointed in th right direction. If you need any help I can't recommend this team enough. MASSIVE thank you to all Inolved with my matter.
