My Wife and I have been considering having our Wills prepared and met Melissa Hughes at BLJ towards the end of April. Dealing with this really important matter is never straightforward and we were naturally anxious. There was no need, however, as Melissa was very professional, extremely knowledgeable and highly experienced. This was my first experience of creating a will, using the Royal British Legion free will offer. My solicitor is very professional and efficient, she explained everything clearly and in easy to understand language. I received my will very quickly after the two meetings I had to arrange it. I wholeheartedly recommend my solicitor and this company.

There quite a few people to deal with, however all concerned were very helpful, but not always as quick as you'd like. The solicitors final approach to completion were very helpful and immensely professional on fulfilling our wishes of a sooner completion. Excellent service

Lack of support (very little to none) asked for guidance from the moment we were onboarding what a shambles this was should’ve listened to advice, (do not use them ) we have all but lost the house we grew up in because of this company I would avoid at all cost , as they say wisdom comes after the mistake

When I was in the Runcorn custody suite and first saw duty solicitor David I immediately felt like someone was on my side. Pre interview, he was amazing and extinguished my anxiety about the whole process. He was clear, concise and professional. Thankfully I was released on bail soon after the interview and a no further action to the offences was given a week later by the police. I recommend this firm and of course David who is semi retired but you cannot put a price on experience. Thank you!
