Amazing Service
Alexandra was very knowledgeable and offered very informative, honest and supportive guidance throughout the process. I was kept informed throughout with constant updates. Any queries were met with prompt replies. Everything was explained clearly in an easy to understand manner. Child arrangement order
I cannot recommend Zoe highly enough. Zoe represented me in a very stressful child arrangements matter, and throughout the entire process, she consistently put the best interests of my son at the heart of everything she did. Paid £2000 was promised to be represented in court. I then had a meeting to say they could not represent me and kept half my money. Went to my bank and the bank agreed in my favour and had the money returned.

I have recently had an initial strategy review with Emily Davies in relation to a pending divorce. The aim was to give me an overview of the divorce procedure and for me to seek some understanding concerning the particulars of my case. I found Emily easy to discuss with; she provided due clarity as to what to expect, provided some initial thoughts as to how best I might approach certain matters and described how she might continue to support me either as I require or by steering most of the case. I found the session worthwhile and instructive and will now consider the options as to how the case will be taken forward.

Selecting and using a family solicitor is a difficult, costly, and can be an emotionally challenging process. I spoke to Stowe initially between Christmas ’25 and New Years at short notice. From the first conversation onwards, I was very comfortable with my decision to use Stowe and pursue a C100 application, to achieve a ‘Lives with Both’ order. I ended up working extensively with Beth Courtney-Walker (Senior Associate) and have nothing but praise and thanks to her. We laid out and agreed a strategy, the discussed what we expected to happen (and what that might cost) before our C100 submission in March. When I grew impatient or got riled up responses from the Respondent; Beth patiently allowed me to vent and coached me back to our considered plan. Ultimately, this helped me cope with the process better. And most importantly led directly to the outcome we set out to achieve from the outset. A child focussed ‘Lives with Both’ order, which protects my daughters Court Ordered minimum time together. Whilst I only started with Stowe 10months ago, this is the most secure position I have been in as a parent since October 2020…. 6 years ago. THANK YOU BETH,
