Solicitors as a breed are not noted for their alacrity, but Sandy Collings is surely the exception that proves the rule. Whatever detail crops up, be it big or small, she's on it instantly. I cannot recommend her too highly.

Currently getting the Legal Ombusman and SRA to investigate Negligence,breach of Confidentiality and conflict of interests against a partner that works from the Liskeard office.My advice is steer well clear of Coodes,why does Google make me give 1 star,they don't deserve to be in practice.

Im not their client but owner of the only other property in the chain. We are 9 weeks into the process and still have not heard from Coodes.My recommendation would be to go elsewhere if you want a good service. They need to look at the way they work
