Reliable, professional and hard-working

Without going into detail, our sale was a complicated one involving three sets of buyers, questions over planning and conservation areas, and questions with building regulations approval. Sophie helped us navigate all of those with incredible patient over the course of a year. Our Subsequent purchase was also a complicated one, being a new build property involving questions on the adoption of roads and sewers. Again, Sophie helped us manage the complexities of that with her advice being invaluable. Sophie works incredibly hard, is easier to get hold of than many solicitors and her advice is clear. We highly recommend her as a conveyancing solicitor.
