    This was my first time using Tozers for an employment case and I was extremely impressed with the quality of the service received from Jo Parry. She explained all that I needed to understand and the entire process completed very smoothly and without issue. As well as having a great experience with Jo, I was also pleasantly surprised when I initially phoned Tozers to check if they could help me. Whoever I initially spoke to was extremely polite and knowledgeable and provided me with comfort that they understood what I was requesting and that they would arrange a call back to me at a convenient time. I didn't receive similar professional and helpful responses when I spoke to a handful of other firms in Exeter, hence why I went to Tozers. I have no hesitation in recommending Tozers and I'll certainly be using them again myself.

      Buying our 1st home

      When we started the process of buying our first home we expected nothing but stress and worry. We had a million questions and felt like we had opened a can of worms full of paperwork and words we had never heard of! Jess immediately put us at ease. Every question answered with patience and care but more importantly never making us feel silly for asking. This was a whole new experience for us and where understandably overwhelmed to begin with but immediately Jess turned the worry into excitement to start our new chapter. Everyone talks about how you have to chase your solicitor and constantly nag at them, not once have we had to chase a single thing up. At times paperwork had already arrived at our address before we even knew it had been posted. I would not hesitate for a single second to use Jess again in the future and will be highly recommending her!

      Outstanding Support When It Mattered Most

      I can’t thank Ricky enough for the outstanding support he has provided throughout my children’s case over the past ten months.
