I had full trust in Georgina and Roy who handled my first time buying experience. My only feedback would be that as a first time buyer I wasn’t familiar with the process and terminology, so sometimes felt that things could have been explained more clearly as someone without this knowledge. Overall though this was a minor thing, and I found Stephen Rimmer to be great communicators and I am happy with the service I had.

Eventually got the job done. Had to be told to chase. Zero proactivity. Had to stay on hold to talk to my solicitor as did not return calls multiple times and did not receive updates unless chased. Overall the bare minimum was done with little customer service until the last two weeks of a four month process.

Unreliable service. I contacted Stephen Rimmer Solicitors three times in recent weeks and was told on each occasion that someone would call me back. No one ever did.

I called no answer was told to leave a message I had urgent issues it has bern almostv5 month since than no answer or call back from the office is represent their care for client is zero or not important just money hunger lawyers no that issue went to court incival service South Hampton Court which is a strange court the lawyers and court contact number is the same I found that strange

We were selling a property and used Stephen Rimmer as our solicitors. The experience was excellent! We cannot recommend them highly enough. Emily was amazing from start to finish which also included one false start due to delays by the buyer but Emily stayed with us and guided us through what could have been a very stressful journey. So much of the work was done by Emily without any fuss and her confidence began to rub off on us too. We exchanged, completed and moved into our new home within a week of each other and couldn't be happier with the role Emily played in getting us to this stage. Emily Reed is a star and happy to recommend her to anyone and everyone. There is always an amazing team of people who help deliver such great outcomes and we know they were there helping Emily but she was our primary point of contact and Stephen Rimmer should be proud of all its people and particularly of Emily.
I recently used this company for a probate case, it has taken 4 years to complete, very difficult to get response to queries and received very poor service
We always try to give the best service possible and it is disappointing to learn when our levels of services fall short. We are now in contact and looking to resolve these issues.
