Brought a property previously with another solicitor and it was painful. I heard good things about Jack so I thought let’s try him, it can’t be worse! I must say the team have been brilliant. Jack and Lisa supported me through the process making it effortless. They were timely and knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. We completed in 60 days. I would always recommended Jack and Lisa to anyone who wished to buy or sell a property. I would also like it noted I have learning disability and the support given to reassure me was great. The allocated solicitor Noel kept us informed throughout the process and was relatively prompt responding to queries without making us, as first time buyers, feel like we were asking silly questions. Rebecca - my solicitor and Abigail - her assistant, have been very good with my purchase and sale transactions. However, unfortunately I've just encountered the worst customer service I've ever received from any business from the switchboard (Beth and Ann). Very rude and unprofessional. They have left me very upset after the calls. Leta took my call after this and gave me the information I needed/offered to help which I appreciate. However, I will never use this business again after the calls this morning and will actively be sharing my experience for people not to as well.

My family have always used Stephen Rimmer over the years and they have always been exceptional in meeting our needs. This time we came to Stephen Rimmer with quite a complex task, my mother wanted to bring a trust to an end that was on the house she owned and then sell the house so my sister and I could have our inheritance now, rather than waiting years because of the trust. Chelsea Hamilton was excellent in dealing with this and explained it clearly what the procedure would be, we then had to tie this in to the house sale where Roy Bridge and his team dealt with the sale, everything went incredibly smoothly, I really don’t think I could trust any other solicitors to do such an outstanding job.
