Although there were many complications during the process of selling my house, Noel was always on the the ball and helped me understand exactly what was going on. Outside of that, his secretaries were a pleasure to talk to when he was unavailable as they were able to fill me in on any information necessary. Always got a call back as soon as it was possible, with minimal waiting time in-between. 10/10 service

Rebecca Curcher supported with the purchase of our property - she was helpful, and quick to respond to messages. She did as required, and asked additional questions of the sellers that we hadn't thought of. The team that supported while Rebecca out of office were great too. Found it really helpful that the office is open Saturdays, and that the staff there will witness documents being signed.

We were selling a property and used Stephen Rimmer as our solicitors. The experience was excellent! We cannot recommend them highly enough. Joseph and Ryan responded almost instantly to emails and enabled the sale to go through as quickly as possible. They were really easy to communicate with and very helpful and polite. I used them when buying my house Jack was great! However!!! I definitely wish I’d seen these reviews before I instructed a different department - I completely agree they are incompetent! I don’t think they understand the meaning of communication.!
