I can’t thank Gepp Solicitors enough for their support. Liz Bradshaw was outstanding from start to finish. I was extremely anxious going into the process, but she was calm, clear, and incredibly reassuring. She explained everything in a way I could understand and made sure I was fully prepared. I was recommended Gepp solicitors, formerly Gepp and sons, for the sale of my home… and quite simply i hit the jackpot. I cannot recommend Gepp more highly, i also went on to use them for the purchase of my new home, and am in the process of hiring them to write my will. From start to finish, they were there either in person, or a phone call away to help with every single step along the way. Bakshi Dhanda and her team, Ruth and Sam, were assigned to my case, and the knowledge, expertise, and speed with which they work together is second to none. I had multiple queries along the way and found the whole process rather confusing at times, but they guided me step by step and dealt with every eventuality and query, leaving nothing to lapse in time, they were constant in their work to complete the sale and purchase. Their prices are competitive and their work ethic is exemplary… completely driven to provide an outstanding service to their customers. My husband is dealing with his mother’s estate, Gepps were her solicitors and in the past when we made contact with Danny Carter he was fantastic. Danny has since retired and my husband is having to chase Gepps every step of the way. Communication is appalling.

We used this firm to sell my late mother's house. Less than 5 minutes from estate agent calling to say it was sold Chris sent the paperwork over. The buyer subsequently pulled out and when a new buyer was found this was handled by Gamze. Gamze did a brilliant job. There were some delays/problems with the buyer finding the deposit, but Gamze kept us in the loop not just via email but also by calling me and my sister. Their rates were similar to other conveyancers. Gamze responded to any questions very promptly and provided a first class service. We were very very impressed.
