Bridget was passed on to my case last minute as the original solicitor could not make it , she helped me at magistrates court in Newport.. my case was then handed back to the original person who was supposed to do it... I was really unsure of this, I have awful anxiety and was really concerned my case was going to be sent straight to prison I was already on a suspended sentence and now sent back to crown court with another new solicitor but Bridget actually took on my case hands on after meeting me and assured me she would be there to help me in crown court. She certainly kept to her word and managed to keep me out of prison amazinginly the judge listened to her and agreed without the fantastic representation of miss Bridget I may not have been so lucky to have left the courts that day. Bridget was very understanding of my case I was sooo worried after having so many previous charges but she was amazing in her work and thoroughly represented me to the best she could. She is assertive and down to earth a lovely lady which I believe has full passion and dedication to her job. Highly recommended

Following our initial meeting with Beyza my wife and I were put at ease over the complexities' of dealing with the estate of my late mother. She was very professional throughout the drawn out process, keeping us constantly informed at all times and always available to discuss situations. Very caring and sympathetic to our situation. I had a very positive experience dealing with my solicitor regarding my settlement agreement. The process was explained clearly and professionally, and I was given straightforward advice that helped me fully understand the agreement and what I was signing. As first time buyers we found that Jade Poolton and Alex Griffiths guided us through the process of buying our first home absolutely flawlessly. Jade and Alex were both highly knowledgeable and professional in their approach with quick response times. Any questions we had they answered clearly and we felt that we were in safe and capable hands throughout the process. Alex was especially helpful sending over documents for our review promptly and providing any explanations we needed to help us understand their contents. Since our purchase completion we have recommended Jade and Alex to a number of friends and colleagues who are considering a house sale/purchase of their own. I highly recommend Tamsin. She handled the conveyancing for my recent house purchase with great professionalism, thoroughness and efficiency. Throughout what became a complicated and protracted transaction, she was exceptionally responsive, clear and helpful, keeping everything moving and explaining matters whenever clarification was needed. Very unprofessional people that work there. There is a older woman that works there I think her name maybe Bridget. Very rude How can some someone so rude work in a law firm that goes round calling members of the public stupid.
