Going through redundancy for the first time, I was unsure of the process and what options were available to me. I was fortunate to find Daniel early in the process and he was able to explain the each step thoroughly , He advised me of a number of clauses contained within the settlement agreement that I to be aware due to potential implications for future employment and helped me secure a strong settlement package. I recently received advice from Daniel Cottrell regarding a company Settlement Agreement. His advice was excellent and he explained to me all of the nuances of the SA which ensure I had 100% understand of all the associated clauses. I decided to change my existing Will as I did not want my daughter to act as my Executor due to her own family commitments. Ellie explained how Churchers would conduct my affairs in a very plain and understanding manner as I am not used to dealing with legal terms. I had a brilliant experience with Churchers Solicitors when moving house over the last few months. My case was mostly dealt with by Zoe Brown and Karen Webb Jones - both of which I highly recommend. It was a really big help, in quite a stressful process, to have solicitors that I could trust, and I did not have to chase. They were very effective in pushing the seller's solicitor to maintain momentum on my move, raised and resolved queries quickly, and we're very communicative - often I would get responses to my emails within an hour, and they were available when I picked up the phone.
