I am elated with the outcome, it could not have gone better yesterday, in Court. Thomas, was lovely, he set my mind at ease throughout the morning which was extremely helpful as I was so nervous! Family, divorce and domestic abuse matters

I first spoke with Olivia in Nov 2024 over the phone due to family matters involving Domestic Abuse and criminal matters. My case has been complex from the start. Olivia dealt with my Enquiries and Divorce matters efficiently and with entensive knowledge of Domestic abuse and sensitivity. Olivia helped with so many aspects, including LA, our intial interviews and many hurdles that occured along the way. I am forever greatful to Olivia and her time. And helping our family navigate safley through both criminal and family court matters. I highly recommend Olivia for any sensitive or complex cases. Family Law Specialist with complex cases

Anthony Bailey is by far a outstanding Family Law specialists dealt with complex cases. Involving domestic abuse. At the start feeling like deer inheadlights, at the most vunerable time of our lives. A. Bailey represented my family, through the process A. Bailey thorougly managed our case, and representation. He had great communication all round and tasked multiple staff tgroughout the complex case and everything was communicated effectivley. Thilese cases where long lengthy process, with deadlines and hurdles along the way, but A Bailey continued to meet all deadlines and keep up to date with each stage of the process. He even took the time when space was available to discuss the processes. He is a totally trust worthy solicitor. He is an approchable person for vunerable people. Extremley proffessional and has knowledge of complex cases involving child welfare/safegaurding/financial aspects/criminal/divorce. I highly rexcomend A. Bailey. And can never express enough garitude for the hard work and time he put into the matters, and ensuring the best outcome out of a difficult circumastances that was achievable. And also remaining realistic. Thankyou for bringing families hope and saftey.

Court of Protection Legal Support

I found it very difficult to find legal representation for a COP matter, but then Holly came to my rescue to help advise, guide, and support me through a very difficult and emotional process for LPAs acting in the best interests of their mum who had lost capacity to support themselves. Holly was attentive, listen well and advised the best way forward to achieve the best outcome from the evidence and statements I already prepared to act in person. It is without doubt that the whole process is very upsetting, emotional and even though I was ready and armed to act in person failing to find representation it is extremely beneficial for someone else to help with the pressure, understand the legalities and know what is required to achieve the desired outcome. Holly was able to act on my behalf following instructions and guiding me every step of the way. Without her I do not know if we would have succeeded. My matter was very sensitive, like most going through the COP, but I do recommend getting advise and Biscoes Solicitors, namely Holly Aiken will provide you with the support and advise needed to help you through the process.

A win for the good guys

My family has recently been embroiled in what I can only politely call a fraudulent business practice. In addition to losing a significant amount of money we were being taken to court for non payments in relation to the less than above board dealings. Biscoes were already helping with another family matter and we asked if thy had a claims team. Micah Hall was appointed and we had an initial meeting in which he agreed to represent us. All of our dealing with Micah and the team have been excellent. He communicates in an accessible low jargon way ensuring you understand what is happening. He has been available, unwaveringly open and honest in his communication, diligent and understanding. He has also been incredibly assertive in his view that we had a strong case and shouldn't back down. We won our case convincingly and it has been a great comfort to have him in our corner in what has been a difficult time. If you need help in a case where you feel you are being unfairly treated I could not recommend Micah and the team at Biscoes any more highly.

The value was surprisng

I went in for mortgage personal guarantee work. This is something that makes me quite jaded because, for residential, it is now a very expensive rubber-stamp process for me. A necessary evil. This particular work was a mixed-use purchase, however. It had some nuance in the terms I didn't pick up. Lora made me focus on some clauses that gave me concern, and I refused to sign as a result. Lora said I could come back for free if the specific issue was resolved, which was a pleasant surprise. After asking the lender to change, I ultimately backed out of the purchase altogether. Laura's input was key to this, and therefore her contribution was very valuable to me. The consultation was good value.
