Road accident claim

Richard Barnes was knowledgeable, professional and supportive regarding my claim for personal injuries following an RTA that was 100% the other person's fault. He advised me on an acceptable settlement and was dogged in his pursuit of the other parties throughout the process.

Excellent service

I contacted the waterlooville office at first and was past onto the Portsmouth office as they said the persons there would be better suited for my case, I spoke to Naomi Taylor who set everything out clearly then arrange a meeting, very down to earth, explained things in detail the negative and the positive sides of the case. I found Biscoes approach to be refreshing as having contacted a number of practices and been given fee proposals to review the case before a meeting Biscoes offered to review the case then meet for what I thought was a reasonable sum. During my initial meeting with Naomi I was given a pragmatic appraisal of my case which assisted in planning an approach. The matter was finally concluded with a very difficult client without resorting to issuing proceedings and during that time I found Naomi to be extremely helpful, inventive and above all else felt that she was fully engaged and mastered a full understanding of the dispute

I honestly cannot thank Taya enough for everything she did for me From the very beginning she took the time to listen and understand what was important to me and I always felt like she genuinely cared about getting the best outcome possible Taya went above and beyond throughout the whole process.
