From the start, Vanessa stuck to her word and over delivered. This is the second time I have work with Vanessa & Taylor Rose and I cannot fault them. The hard work and honesty from the get go gave me full trust in them. Didn’t have to chase things up as I knew Vanessa was doing all she could for us. Emma Leighton-Carey did a fantastic job as our conveyancer on our simultaneous sale and purchase. This is the second time we've used Emma for our conveyancing and we could not recommend her more. Her client service is outstanding and she made what was a stressful time feel significantly smoother. We felt very reassured knowing we were in excellent hands. Amber Simpson also did a fantastic job covering whilst Emma was on leave pushing forward our transaction to exchange - it was great to have a seamless transition. Second time using Taylor Rose as my solicitor and would give them 4 out of 5 stars. The reason I did not award five stars is that the transaction took longer than I expected. However, the matter involved complex lender requirements and additional complications relating to the property, which added delays and made the process more challenging than anticipated. That said, I would like to recognise Ayuni Mudalige for her professionalism and support. Towards the end of the transaction, she was highly collaborative, approachable and proactive in helping bring the matter to completion. It genuinely felt like everyone was working towards the same goal and trying to get the transaction over the finish line. Her communication and willingness to assist made a positive difference to my overall experience. Despite the delays, I am satisfied with the outcome and the service I received. Would I use Taylor Rose again? Yes, particularly if I had the opportunity to work with Ayuni Mudalige again. Her dedication and professionalism gave me confidence that the matter was being handled with care. Thank you, Ayuni Mudalige, for your assistance and perseverance in helping bring everything to a successful conclusion.

If I could leave a star of 0 I would! Poor communication, our case was passed to several different workers, information was lost & had to be repeated, lack of clarity, we spent our time chasing-up case workers for updates, constantly excused poor practice under the guise of "complex case". Slow at every opportunity. A painful experience that lasted 16 weeks! My advice...... look elsewhere!
