I contacted Churchers Solicitors in Cowes to complete & submit LPA’s for our elderly mother. Margaret Beacham did this for us during two home visits, which was essential due to limited mobility issues, which would have made travelling to the office very difficult. The whole process was completed soon after the home visits, & we were very pleased with the work that Margaret did for us. Therefore, we would highly recommend Churchers Solicitors.

Our experience with Churchers in Fareham, specifically Alanna White, has been nothing short of exceptional. We went to Alanna with so many questions around Powers of Attorney, will writing, elderly care, care home funding (the list could go on). Alanna reassured us in absolutely everything we were uncertain about. We'd been worried about so many aspects, but every question was resolved with kindness and respect. Alanna really knows her stuff and builds real trust, often with subjects that feel difficult and emotive to resolve. We had previously had a poor experience at another solicitors in Portsmouth when trying to obtain a Court of Protection order for my father. This had been extremely upsetting. Alanna White quickly established what had gone wrong and started the process to resolve our issues. She guided us through this extremely stressful time with a very human, caring and calm approach. Without her help we are not sure we would have managed to get through this in one piece ! Thank You

I recently needed to update my Will and met with Eliza at Churchers to discuss in detail. Eliza was so friendly and easy to talk to; she explained everything so well, leaving me with no doubts about the decisions I had made. Eliza checked numerous times that I was happy with everything and asked me if I needed anything further explained; she went through everything at a steady pace, I didn't feel rushed or pressured.
