Shanika went above a beyond to help my family

Shanika provided us with everything we needed for our upcoming hearing. Even though Shanika was unable to represent me in the high court due to us needing a barrister, she went above and beyond to find us a barrister which was within our price range and in such a short notice period of 24 hours. Very poor interaction

Very poor interaction. Client care team that addresses new client enquiries wasted a lot of time, confirmed availability of a solicitor on a short notice for a court hearing, wasted 2 days of no response (despite multiple emails and calls), only to come back to withdraw noting the solicitor isn’t available for an unconvincing explanation. Very poor service but grateful I discovered this from the outset, better that than to have assigned them as representative for an important case

After finding myself in a difficult situation with my ex partner Jason Stanley from the Altrincham office was recommended to me by a friend. I really cannot fault Jason in the way he handled my case. What could have potentially dragged on for months with letters going back and forth, Jason's 'no messing' approach quickly brought the dispute to an end and with the result I wanted. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Excellent advice from Helen Taylor

I booked a strategy session with Helen to share the background of my divorce and seek legal advice on financial and childcare arrangements. Selecting and using a family solicitor is a difficult, costly, and can be an emotionally challenging process. I spoke to Stowe initially between Christmas ’25 and New Years at short notice. From the first conversation onwards, I was very comfortable with my decision to use Stowe and pursue a C100 application, to achieve a ‘Lives with Both’ order. I ended up working extensively with Beth Courtney-Walker (Senior Associate) and have nothing but praise and thanks to her. We laid out and agreed a strategy, the discussed what we expected to happen (and what that might cost) before our C100 submission in March. When I grew impatient or got riled up responses from the Respondent; Beth patiently allowed me to vent and coached me back to our considered plan. Ultimately, this helped me cope with the process better. And most importantly led directly to the outcome we set out to achieve from the outset. A child focussed ‘Lives with Both’ order, which protects my daughters Court Ordered minimum time together. Whilst I only started with Stowe 10months ago, this is the most secure position I have been in as a parent since October 2020…. 6 years ago. THANK YOU BETH,

Aimee Mckay represents me in a very acrimonious divorce case/family court matters. Just got my boys back for me after 7 long months, her and Abigail Rowley my barrister rolled out the guns and got the win last week. Truly heartbreaking over the last year, they've supported me in and outside the case, and puts up with me tormenting her remarkably well!! She's a genuine, sweet kind young lady, but does have a bite! I would never go anywhere else, not that I intend to get married again, when all this is over, I'll never forget what she's done for me. She will go all the way to the top, if Karma exists!!
