Specifically, Andy Mackenzie was superb in his advice around our new office space, and Jonathan Alderley was extremely helpful in ensuring that our shareholder provisions were set up appropriately and accurately. As a first time executor I felt rather lost and stressed about dealing with my late aunt’s estate. The task was rather tricky in that there was no original will, just a copy. My brother and I appointed Butcher & Barlow as our solicitors to advise and support during the administration of probate on our late father's estate.
