Personal Injury

Excellent result.

I was impressed and got a good result at the end of the process. Stephensons did the hard work, gave sensible advice, were always friendly, approachable and were a pleasure to work with. I was supported by Megan Taylor through a S21A Challenge process. This resulted in a brilliant outcome, meaning the person we support was able to move to a less restrictive placement. Shocking

Awful. Avoid. They call you 5 times a day when they want money then nothing happens. Worst customer service ever

For Eviction Procedure

Our Solicitor Sophie Chilstone was excellent. Sophie sent reply quickly not only that if we don't response within 24 hours she asked someone in the office to ring us and contact us and confirm whether we received documents or not?
