Ann Davies dealt with the sale of my existing property and the purchase of a new property. Throughout a protracted chain she kept me up to date with both ends of the sale/purchase and kept me calm when I was very anxious. She chased up slowness by other conveyancers and gave me invaluable advice on completion of forms and any financial matters that accrued. We dealt mainly by email but she was always ready to phone me with answers/advice and I had several face to face meetings with her-invaluable.

I would strongly advise avoiding this firm for any property purchase. I was told 2–3 months, it took 7 months, and the whole process was chaotic and poorly managed. At one point I was days away from losing my mortgage offer due to their delays, and even completion was left to the last minute because “missing documents” were only noticed very late. Hannah, who handled my case, was rude and unhelpful throughout, which made an already stressful situation worse. Also, I had to change the boiler 1month after the purchase for her mistake. I can write a lecture of what I’ve been through from this firm and the lady I mentioned. If you want a smooth property purchase, go elsewhere. If you want stress and constant issues, this is the place!

Melissa and Olivia did an excellent job helping us with our sale conveyancing. They were thorough and swift whenever there were actions or questions needing to be answered. Thank you both for all the hard work.
