    In the capacity of Executor, I was having to sell my brother's King's Lynn home following his passing. These circumstances are never the best and this was made more difficult as I live almost 300 miles away.     My experience was a bit fustrating and long winded due to my aunt leaving money to charities. not WGA fault, And registering a lasting power of attorney with the courts taking their time. I wish a special thanks to Diane Hewitt for her legal advice and help when my aunt first went into a home and we had to sell her bunglow. Approx. start date 6/05/2021 till 16/10/2023

    Caroline dealt with Lasting Power Of Attorney for both financial and health. I have known Caroline for many years and trust her professionalism and ability to provide the service required. She provided this to the standard I knew she would. The one criticism I have of the procedure is of no fault of Caroline but of your costs. I could have engaged most other solicitors at a far lower cost. Had it not been for my personal relationship I would have gone elsewhere.

      Recent house move for my mum

      Moving Mum from her home of nearly 50 years to a smaller property was scary and daunting for all of us - Mum, her husband, and us, her three children, but without a doubt Charlie has made this whole experience feel less daunting, we knew we were in safe hands right from the very start of our journey. She answered all our questions, always really quickly, and in a way that we could understand. Paperwork requirements were always clear, and underlying all of this, all the legal necessary side of things (which were absolutely faultless) was a warm friendliness, a caring approach, and for that we are so grateful. We cannot recommend highly enough, Charlie you were fantastic, and in a weird way we will miss your emails!!!!

      Jackie is very experienced and knowledgeable. I had complete faith and trust that her advice and guidance were always in my best interests. There were several major bumps throughout the buying process from missing building regulations through to a burst pipe in the property, which caused significant delays. If it could go wrong, it did go wrong, but she was supportive and showed kindness and empathy throughout. Buying a new home is stressful and nail biting, but I really couldn’t have done it without her help, knowledge, expertise and support. I am so grateful and I can’t recommend her enough. It seems strange not picking up the phone to her on a daily basis to discuss the latest catastrophe.
